Candidate Requirements: Must possess a valid drivers license and insurance. Must have a bachelor's degree at minimum in human services, social work, psychology or related field plus one year of direct client work providing counseling or related services. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Part -Time Case Manager * Admits new clients by reviewing records and applications * Determine client's requirement by completing intake interviews. * Establishes programs by setting schedules and routines/ per organization guideline. Must be willing to travel throughout Hampton Roads Must have experience in case management, health or behavioral health.. Master's Degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
Life Skill and Educational Mentors We are currently seeking mentors for our youth in order to provide essential life skills and educational mentoring. General Responsibilities.
Model appropriate, professional behavior for mentee
Set specific and measurable goals with mentee regarding life skills and/or educational pursuits
Meet with mentee for a total of 8 hours per month, at least once per week to support client in reaching goals
*Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working with youth in some capacity preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Will need to provide a resume, references, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
